What about data security?

We value security and data privacy. We provide user groups and roles to control authorizations to access data and models, user authentication can be integrated to your organization's identity management system. All user activity is logged and auditable. Full capability of our platform is available whether you are on the cloud or on premises isolated from the Internet.

Do you provide support after deployment?

Yes, we provide a specific number of hours monthly for data science and/or machine learning support as required by customers and provide 24/7 service and maintenance throughout our contractual obligations.

What guarantee do I have that your product will work?

TAZI products are built together with our customers and therefore validated by them before going into deployment. In several cases A/B testing is undertaken in order to ensure the results are in line with the customers expectations. Furthermore, TAZI deployments follow the TAZI Method™ allowing customers to check after each milestone that the product works.

Is TAZI an AutoML platform?

TAZI is much more than an AutoML platform. With the TAZI platform today you not only can build ML models, and also obtain data science recommendations, visualize data and insights, develop cloud AI services, provide explanations to your Python models and much more. The versatility of the TAZI platform allows you to build proprietary Solutions that can give you a competitive advantage.

What is the difference between a Use Case and a Solution?

A use case refers to a specific situation in which TAZI could potentially be used. A Solution at TAZI refers to an off the shelf, ready to use ML system that solves a Use Case with pre-determined parameters, including a complete data dictionary, dashboards templates, pre-determined action set and in some cases proprietary built-in data, models and integrations. What is your pricing?

Depends on the needs of our customers. We provide a wide range of Solutions and also a comprehensive Platform on which you can address as many Use Cases as you want. Our pricing can be tailored based on the type of engagement that you want to have. Our business model is SaaS, which allows you to have the flexibility to opt out if you think TAZI is not for you without high upfront costs.

Do you provide consulting services?

TAZI believes in empowering the users. As such, our products are intuitive, no-code and easy to use. We therefore provide training so that our customers can use TAZI comfortably. In the case when our customers want to outsource their data science and/or machine learning services, TAZI partners with great service providers that can provide this service. Our business model is not consulting based.

Do you provide ETL services?

Data not being ready -different formats, locations and/or cleanliness- is cited as one of the three key obstacles to engaging with Machine Learning (the other two reasons being Price and Timing). TAZI has proprietary tools such as TAZI Profiler and leverages on other Partner tools as well to ensure your data is ML ready. We have Data strategy specialists that can help you bridge this gap. It is never too early to start your ML deployment.
